En el \u00e1mbito t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfico, las finalidades del seguimiento pueden ser diversas y dividirse en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">An\u00e1lisis de los fen\u00f3menos f\u00edsicos asociados al sistema para identificar la regulaci\u00f3n que pueda describirlos;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificaci\u00f3n de causas que han determinado situaciones particulares del sistema e identificar posibles acciones correctivas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este segundo caso, el objetivo diagn\u00f3stico suele ser funcional o preparatorio a las intervenciones de mantenimiento. En el sector ferroviario, el sistema est\u00e1 formado por un bogie apoyado sobre la v\u00eda y queremos monitorizar la distribuci\u00f3n de la carga que ejercen las ruedas sobre el carril.<\/p>\n<p>Esto lleva a identificar condiciones en las que la distribuci\u00f3n se desv\u00eda de los valores de dise\u00f1o y\/o reglamentarios y por lo tanto se requiere una intervenci\u00f3n. Al mismo tiempo, significa identificar las posibles causas que generaron las referidas condiciones. Entre estos, por ejemplo, puede haber una degradaci\u00f3n de la rigidez de las suspensiones y\/o de la geometr\u00eda del bastidor.<\/p>\n<p>Para poder estudiar el fen\u00f3meno f\u00edsico de la degradaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n con herramientas estad\u00edsticas para identificar la normativa y los par\u00e1metros que la influyen, el seguimiento debe poder medir los par\u00e1metros elegidos con <strong>exactitud<\/strong> y <strong>frecuencia temporal<\/strong> adecuadas para describir la evoluci\u00f3n y para identificar a tiempo un deterioro que requiere urgentemente una intervenci\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente histograma muestra los resultados de un seguimiento realizado en un cierto n\u00famero de vagones de ferrocarril de dos bogies en t\u00e9rminos del desequilibrio de los ejes montados.<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-78515 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1545\" height=\"359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1.png 1545w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-300x70.png 300w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-768x178.png 768w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-1536x357.png 1536w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-500x116.png 500w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-800x186.png 800w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img-1-1280x297.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1545px) 100vw, 1545px\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-78516 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1543\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2.png 1543w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-300x69.png 300w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-768x178.png 768w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-1536x355.png 1536w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-500x116.png 500w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-800x185.png 800w, https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/pillola-5-img2-1280x296.png 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1543px) 100vw, 1543px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Todos los bogies examinados presentan al menos un eje montado desequilibrado superior al 5% y en consecuencia presentan un desequilibrio de las diagonales.<\/p>\n<p>Como se muestra con el <strong>Bogie Playground<\/strong>, esta condici\u00f3n es un signo de rigidez no uniforme de las suspensiones primarias o de giro de bogie. Ambas situaciones requieren mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Estas mediciones son lo suficientemente precisas para detectar la presencia del desequilibrio, pero no son lo suficientemente frecuentes para determinar cu\u00e1ndo se han producido. Solo sabemos que estas mediciones se realizaron durante el intervalo entre dos c\u00edclicos sucesivos de mantenimiento (2\u00ba nivel).<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, para determinar la evoluci\u00f3n del fen\u00f3meno de degradaci\u00f3n, es necesario medir varias veces para comprender cu\u00e1ndo comenz\u00f3 el fen\u00f3meno y, especialmente, si est\u00e1 relacionado con alg\u00fan evento desencadenante.
