{"id":76901,"date":"2020-03-25T11:40:07","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T10:40:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ivmtech.it\/?p=76901"},"modified":"2020-10-13T11:25:21","modified_gmt":"2020-10-13T09:25:21","slug":"powerve-railway-derailment-investigation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/fr\/2020\/03\/25\/powerve-railway-derailment-investigation\/","title":{"rendered":"Le syst\u00e8me de pes\u00e9e POWERVE pour les enqu\u00eates sur le d\u00e9raillement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 la suite de <a href=\"https:\/\/benevento.occhionotizie.it\/treni-deraglia-linea-benevento-napoli\/\">deux r\u00e9cents d\u00e9raillements<\/a> en Italie, <strong>sur la ligne ferroviaire Naples-B\u00e9n\u00e9vent<\/strong>, g\u00e9r\u00e9e par EAV (Ente Autonomo Volturno), l&#8217;expertise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e d&#8217;IVM a \u00e9t\u00e9 requise pour soutenir les enqu\u00eates ferroviaires.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de technologies innovantes, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et cr\u00e9\u00e9es ad hoc par IVM, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de d\u00e9finir des mesures sp\u00e9cifiques et d&#8217;accompagner les commissions d&#8217;enqu\u00eate charg\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les causes qui ont conduit au d\u00e9raillement des deux mat\u00e9riels roulants.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, IVM a pr\u00e9vu certaines mesures \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser <strong>en conditions statiques<\/strong>, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier l&#8217;assiette du mat\u00e9riel roulant, tandis que d&#8217;autres, <strong>en conditions dynamiques<\/strong>, \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l&#8217;interaction dynamique entre le v\u00e9hicule et l&#8217;infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s se d\u00e9rouleront en 3 phases distinctes et pour chacune d&#8217;elles diff\u00e9rentes technologies seront utilis\u00e9es:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 1 &#8211; Essais statiques<\/strong> &#8211; mesure de la r\u00e9partition des forces verticales du v\u00e9hicule sur roues et essieux mont\u00e9s.<br \/>\nPour \u00e9valuer l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre du mat\u00e9riel roulant, l&#8217;IVM a pr\u00e9vu une activit\u00e9 de pesage, conformement \u00e0 la norme <strong>NF EN 15654-2: 2019<\/strong> &#8220;Applications ferroviaires &#8211; Mesurage des forces verticales \u00e0 la roue et \u00e0 l&#8217;essieu &#8211; Partie 2 : Essai en atelier des v\u00e9hicules neufs, modifi\u00e9s ou maintenus&#8221; . &#8220;La norme s&#8217;applique aux mesurages des forces verticales des roues des v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires dans les ateliers d&#8217;entretien et les sites de production. Elle traite \u00e9galement des grandeurs d\u00e9riv\u00e9es, utilis\u00e9es pour d\u00e9crire la r\u00e9partition des forces vertical \u00e0 la roue.<\/p>\n<p>Les tests statiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide du syst\u00e8me de pesage portable pour v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires, <strong>POWERVE <\/strong><em>(<strong>PO<\/strong>rtable <strong>WE<\/strong>igher for <strong>R<\/strong>ailway <strong>VE<\/strong>hicles)<\/em>, un equipement excellent pour ce type de mesures. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rents Pays et a gagn\u00e9 plusieurs prix, tant au niveau italien qu\u2019europ\u00e9en. Ces mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec la <strong>configuration POW4X<\/strong> du syst\u00e8me de pesage POWERVE qui a permis le mesurage de 4 essieux mont\u00e9s simultan\u00e9ment et sur le m\u00eame plan.<\/p>\n<p>Nous remercions les techniciens d&#8217;EAV qui ont soutenu l&#8217;activit\u00e9 sur le terrain, qui s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e correctement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, malgr\u00e9 le blocage d\u00fb au COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Des tests dynamiques (<strong>Phases 2-3<\/strong>) seront \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de technologies d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par IVM pour des applications dynamiques, bas\u00e9es sur des acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tres. Le <strong>syst\u00e8me OCTOPUS<\/strong> sera install\u00e9 \u00e0 bord de diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riels roulants, gr\u00e2ce auxquels il sera possible d&#8217;extraire les informations complexes relatives \u00e0 la dynamique de roulement, en surveillant le comportement de chaque roue sur la voie, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des analyses particuli\u00e8res des donn\u00e9es acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e9triques g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es\u00a0 au interface roue \/ rail lors de la conduite. En fonction des r\u00e9sultats obtenus, l&#8217;utilisation du <strong>syst\u00e8me SWAN<\/strong> sera \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9e, afin de suivre pleinement \u00e0 la fois la dynamique de roulement du mat\u00e9riel roulant et les vibrations induites sur l&#8217;infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les non &#8220;experts&#8221;, <a href=\"https:\/\/ivmtech.it\/fr\/2018\/05\/23\/perche-pesare-un-rotabile-ferroviario\/\">peser un mat\u00e9riel roulant<\/a> peut appara\u00eetre comme une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 purement commerciale relative aux marchandises. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il est fondamental pour garantir une dynamique de marche correcte des v\u00e9hicules. Au cours de la vie de chaque v\u00e9hicule, \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion des changements de poids, la r\u00e9partition des forces des roues (et donc de l&#8217;assiette) est en fonction de l\u2019usure du diam\u00e8tre de la bande de roulement de la roue et de la rigidit\u00e9 des suspensions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Faites attention, prot\u00e9gez-vous et prot\u00e9gez les autres
